Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company's Z Shallow Cold Dehydration and Dehydration Station has been successfully put into operation

At 17:30 on April 2nd, with the wet raw gas entering the station for processing, the qualified product gas was exported and uploaded to the Yong'an valve station of the North trunk line, marking the successful operation of the Jinqian 832 shallow cooling station in one go, reducing the production cost of tight gas in the well area, reducing the risk of temporary production site, solving the bottleneck of oil and gas recovery in the Jinqian 17 platform test, and promoting high-quality production of tight gas in the Jinqian 8 well area.

Jinqian 832 Shallow Cooling Station is currently the largest shallow cooling dehydration and hydrocarbon removal station in Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company. The station adopts propane refrigeration technology and has functions such as gas gathering, pressurization, dehydration and dehydrocarbon, VOC recovery, and oil-water transportation. It will be connected to seven platforms south of Kaijiang River, including Jinqian 827, in the early stage.

The construction time of this project is tight and the task is heavy. Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company strictly controls all aspects and takes multiple measures to ensure the successful operation of Jinqian 832 Shallow Cooling Station.

One is to organize on-site learning and design briefing for the Jinqian 832 shallow cooling station, establish a communication channel between technical management personnel and project design personnel, and coordinate design optimization based on production operation requirements.

The second is to adhere to the principle of "early deployment, early production, and early effectiveness", organize the preparation work for operation in advance, and the production preparation team will enter the site in advance. For "design omissions, unfinished projects, construction quality" and other aspects, strict on-site inspections will be carried out to form a list of problems, implement measures, and timely rectify the closed loop.

The third is to optimize and improve the production plan and emergency response plan, organize personnel to simulate and deduce the operation steps, emergency response, self-control operation and other processes of production in advance, and solidly promote key work such as natural gas nitrogen replacement and overall boosting of Jinqian 843 booster station, 7 platforms and 6 pipelines, to ensure the successful one-time operation of the project.

Next, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company will optimize the control of gas volume in the Jinqian 8 well area, refine the organization of gas gathering and boosting production, and ensure sustained stable production in the Jinqian 8 well area and rapid production in the Zhongjiang block, taking into account the production situation of new wells in the Jinqian 8 well area and the demand for access to areas north of the Kaijiang River.
