ZQ127/25 drill pipe power tong

ZQ127/25 drill pipe power tong is an open type power tong used for loading and unloading 2 3/8 "-3 1/2" drill pipes, 2 3/8 "-4 1/2" oil pipes, and 4 1/2 "-5 1/2" casing in oilfield well repair operations.

Characteristics:

The tong head used inner curved roller climbing and clipping mechanism and needn’t to change any part during making up or breaking out the tubing thread.

Four-gear rotation is adopted for large speed regulation range. And the rated torque is large.

The braking mechanism set above the tong head cover.It’s convenient for adjustment and maintenance.

5.2 Specific requirements for power pliers

5.2.1 The speed operation of the power tong shall not be less than 2 gears.

5.2.2 All supporting purchased and outsourced parts should have quality certificates, and the power pliers should be tested simultaneously after assembly.

5.2.3 After the assembly of all components of the power tong is qualified, a no-load test should be conducted. During the no-load test, the power clamp should run smoothly without any obstruction or abnormal noise. The operating system should be flexible, accurate, stable, and free from local overheating.

5.2.4 In addition, when clamping the pipe column with the jaw plate, the jaw plate roller should be in the position specified in the jaw plate design, clamped stably, and not slip; Retract flexibly without obstruction.
