The Party Committee of the Material Procurement Center: Play a "combination punch" to reduce burden and activate new grassroots momentum

In order to deepen the implementation of grassroots burden reduction work and enable employees to focus more on practical work and efficiency creation, the Party Committee of the Material and Equipment Procurement Center has liberated grassroots employees from the "fingertips" and "paper" through intelligent management, streamlined processes, and precise services, enabling them to better engage in their main responsibilities and businesses.

The transformation of "more data running and fewer employees running errands" is due to the supply chain digitization system constructed by the Party Committee of the Material Procurement Center.

The supply chain digitization system has built 57 visual cockpits such as supply chain operation screens and supply and demand maps, promoting the deep application of RPA robots in 17 scenarios including procurement demand reporting and contract approval, significantly improving the automatic collection rate of routine data, and reducing the workload of grassroots employees in data reporting by 40%.

In addition, the Material Procurement Center has also developed and launched an asset management system to track supervision matters online, reducing the asset inventory work from the past 3 days to half a day.

The Material and Equipment Procurement Center has established a "one-on-one" work reminder mechanism, sending task lists to branches every month to help each party branch sort out the learning content of the d-one topic and the key focus of the branch's work, coordinate the production of important meeting spirit propaganda materials, and achieve sharing among the seven regions of the center.

At the same time, the Party committee enhances grassroots vitality by reasonably optimizing approval authority. Since last year, the Party Committee of the Material Procurement Center has delegated the approval authority for 17 general items and established a graded warning mechanism, allowing 30% of the approval items to be directly implemented at the grassroots level.
