On March 22, Luo Qiang, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress, and his delegation conducted law enforcement research at Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Company. Wang Zhiping, Executive Director, Party Secretary, and Leader of the National Security People's Defense Line Construction Group, accompanied the research.

At the EISC center of the company, the research team learned about the operation of the intelligent support system for engineering operations, listened to the report on the construction of the company's national security people's defense line, and obtained a detailed understanding of the organization, study, and implementation of laws and regulations such as the National Security Law, the Party Committee (Party Group) National Security Responsibility System Regulations, and the Sichuan Province Anti Spy Security Prevention Regulations. They affirmed the efforts made by the company in recent years to strengthen the people's defense line, ensure energy supply, and support the increase in reserves and production of major domestic oil and gas fields.

Luo Qiang pointed out that as an important energy enterprise in Sichuan Province, Chuanqing Drilling Company must seriously study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse and speech on national security, resolutely implement the overall national security concept, deeply understand and implement it, and do a good job in production guarantee with high quality. Secondly, we must continuously enhance employees' awareness of national security, strengthen publicity and education, and promote the strict implementation of relevant laws and regulations on national security. We must fulfill our main responsibility for the construction of the people's defense line, closely monitor key areas such as confidentiality, foreign exchange and cooperation, protection of scientific research achievements, industrial control in production, and social security of personnel.
